Seeking help for Medical Expenses

Hi, Good Day!

I'm seeking anybody's assistance with my medical funding. I'm the oldest and only one working in my family. With my salary and home Expenses, I don't have the means to afford my own needs because i try to put my family first. I have a few medical problem and my doctor required me to take sa Polysomnography/ Sleep study so she can determine if i have Sleep apnea that could have possibly triggered my High blood pressure and Minor chest pains. 

It cost around 500$. I'm not asking someone to donate the whole amount, any amount will do. I'll save up whatever i can and any kind donation from anyone will surely help me achieve the amount needed for the test.
