I'm about to lose my job soon in real estate because I haven't had any sales for 3 months. I couldn't afford my rent anymore so I'm living in my friend's house at the moment. My landlord is asking me to pay 300$ as a move out fee before I can get my remaining belongings from my old apartment. I was only able to pay 100$ from the little savings that I have. I still have remaining balance of 200$ to pay. My landlord is asking me to pay is asap or I will have to pay additional 1 month rent on top of it if I couldn't pay in 3 days.
