Hello. I'm new here. I'm a single disabled mom of 4 kids, with 2 still living with me. (My older are moved out on their own now.) I'm having a really hard time with my ComEd bill andi have a shut off notice to be cut off with no electricity by next Thursday, April 26. We not only need electricity for my own disabilities, but my youngest son usually a nebulizer for his asthma. And our heat and stuff are electric as well.
