Help with mortgage and bills

First a little about me.  My name is Michelle.  I suffer from scoliosis which causes daily back pain, major depression, social anxiety, anxiety, and thyroid problems.   I am on disability but I owe money for medical and more.  I really am not good at asking or begging for money.  Part of that is from embarrassment for needing help, some if from anxiety.   If you can please donate any amount of money it would be greatly appreciated!
