Hi my name is Samantha and right now I'm fighting for custody for my six week old baby. His father had him for a weekend visit and now refuses to give him back. He has had him since my son was two weeks old. We've been to court and I was granted temp custody, but than the judge turned around and granted his also. Then the same judge said I violated orders that he never filed. I am not getting a fair shot and the judge has taken his side.
