$60 FOR SCHOOL REINSTATEMENT

Hey guys please help me I need 60 dollars for my college REINSTATEMENT fee.am in Kenya a third year student.I messed my life and now I need to get back to school (because I was discontinued)..I appealed and the Senate accepted.I failed myself and my parents and now they refused to pay the money for me.please help I need to get back and get my life straight.please help with the amount I don't need anymore than that.
